This program allows students to get hands-on experience while also getting to know the culture of our company.

 

American Structurepoint's core purpose of the program is to find the best students in the nation, give them the opportunity to learn about the consulting business, and grow them into future full-time employees. The biggest benefit of the program for the company is the opportunity to hire interns for full-time positions and watch them hit the ground running and really excel in their field.


Interns and co-ops also have opportunities to learn more about the outside influences of the consulting world, as well as having the opportunity to get to know other interns and full-time employees during the annual intern day.

We are looking for an  engineer to join our Civil Group.  A good candidate will be a motivated and hardworking individual who is looking for experience on exciting projects and wants to find a place to grow a career. This person will be flexible and able to work in a fast paced environment.
This Staff Engineer will be expected to work with a Project Manager and other design engineers, to design a variety of Civil/Site Development projects.  In this position you will need to be able to think quickly on your feet and be an exceptional problem solver. Previous experience designing site layouts,  performing grading and drainage design and permitting of commercial & residential site development projects, road design, utility design and hydrologic/hydraulic analysis is preferred but not required.
