The Intern/Co-Op program at American Structurepoint is an excellent mutually beneficial program that allows college students to obtain valuable work experience during their college years. This program allows students to get hands-on experience while also getting to know the culture of our company.   American Structurepoint's core purpose of the program is to find the best students in the nation, give them the opportunity to learn about the consulting business, and grow them into future full-time employees. The biggest benefit of the program for the company is the opportunity to hire interns for full-time positions and watch them hit the ground running and really excel in their field. Interns and co-ops also have opportunities to learn more about the outside influences of the consulting world, as well as having the opportunity to get to know other interns and full-time employees during the annual intern day.
