Our planning group specializes in both rural and urban redevelopment planning, sub-area plans, urban design projects, strategic investment planning, economic development, and general land-use planning. Our team is looking for a senior landscape architect responsible for urban design projects, downtown and community revitalization plans, corridor plans, parks and trails master plans, and comprehensive and strategic plans.  These project management responsibilities will also include developing budgets and schedules, client interactions, and managing junior staff production time.  This position will also assume responsibilities within the civil group to coordinate site and landscape plans with their engineers (schematic through construction documents).  Additional duties may include preparation and facilitation of public meetings and workshops, public and client presentations, economic and demographic analysis, and land-use analysis and research.
