Tasks include master planning, preparation of design drawings, specifications, calculations, permitting, construction administration and technical writing. Other responsibilities may include presentations and client communication. Project Engineers work under the direction and mentoring of Project Managers and Technical Directors.

The primary function of this position is to play an integral part in helping expand our geographic footprint in northeast Ohio. This will include growing business with existing clients as well as developing new clients for the Transportation, Utility Infrastructure, and Construction Solutions practices. Input into project pricing to ensure profitability for selected clients and projects.   Staff development and recruitment of new staff will be essential, as well as the development and mentorship of existing staff to get the most out of our people.  Assessment of staff and identifying shortfalls in skills or experience will be crucial as we look to build a top tier environmental engineering practice.
