Position: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Indianapolis, IN (this is an on-site role)

Our organization is seeking a candidate to fill the role of Accounts Payable Specialist with our company. This is a newly created position to support the substantial amounts of growth in our company.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process New Vendor Packets
• Assist with maintaining current W9 files.
• Data Entry of Vendor Invoices
• Accounts Payable Check - ACH Vendor Processing
• Reconcile Vendor Statements.
• Audit Employee Expense Report Receipts
• Assist with Monthly Company Credit Card Process
• Assist with the Yearend 1099 Review
• Help with other department functions
• Assist with company scanning and record keeping.
• Assist with researching Vendor Record Discrepancies.
• Other duties as assigned

• 3-5 years of previous Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to organizational details is necessary.
• Effective communication and computer skills are necessary.
• Must be a team player.
• Must have good critical thinking skills.
• Experience using Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint Project Accounting Software is a plus.
