Position: Accounting Associate

Location: Indianapolis, IN (this is an on-site role)

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Accounting department. The Accounting Associate and assist with various accounting department functions.

• Process New Vendor Packets
• Accounts Payable Vendor Expense recording
• Accounts Payable Check - ACH Vendor Processing
• Reconcile Vendor Statements
• Audit Employee Expense Report Receipts
• Assist with Monthly Company Visa Card Process
• Assist Accounts Receivable
• Help with other department functions
• Assist with company scanning and record keeping
• Assist with company research and troubleshooting 

• 3-5 years bookkeeping and/or accounting experience (a plus)
• Strong attention to organizational details is necessary.
• Effective communication and computer skills are necessary.
• Must be a team player.
• Experience using Deltek Vision and/or Vantagepoint Project Accounting Software is a plus.
