American Structurepoint is looking for a Staff Engineer in our Bridge Engineering Group. The internship would be located in our Indianapolis, IN Design Center.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibilities in our Transportation Design Groups (Road, Bridge, Traffic)

    • Contribute to roadway designs, lay out alignments, and create typical sections, site assessment and engineering report development.
    • 3D modeling and work with Microstation/Geopak, AutoCad, Blubeam, Open Bridge, Merlin Dash, Quick Bridge,
    • Different projects would include, Roundabouts, Bridge Replacements and Rehabilitations, Urban Roads, Rural Roads and Large Interstate Improvements

Qualifications

    • Student majoring in any of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Construction Engineering, Land Survey or Structural Engineering or other related programs with an emphasis on Civil Engineering
    • Reliable transportation to and from office location
    • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn and try new things
