Position: Civil CAD Technician 

Location: Indianapolis, IN

We are looking for a CAD Technician to join our Civil Group.  A good candidate will be a motivated and hardworking individual, who is looking to expand their experience working on exciting projects and wants to find a place to grow their career. This person will be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  In this position, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects in both the private and federal markets.

• Work with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications
• Develop detailed site layouts, grading designs, and drainage designs
• Assist with permit applications for commercial, industrial, and residential site development projects
• Assist with construction plan preparation

• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (alignments, profiles, corridors, surfaces, etc.) 
• 3+ years of civil/site development design experience, highly preferred 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work well independently or on teams
• Ability to work well under pressure and consistently hit project deadlines
• Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
