    Group: Accounting

    Position: Billing Specialist

    Location: Indianapolis, IN

     

    We are seeking a motivated professional to join our Accounting department. Our Billing Specialist team is responsible for monthly client billings for our firm. We are excited to welcome another dependable and hardworking team member to our group.

    Responsibilities

    • Contract Review for billing terms and procedures
    • Approving new projects in Vision
    • Reviewing project reports
    • Submitting invoices to our clients via mail or invoicing portals
    • Maintaining project billing rate tables
    • Other duties/projects as assigned

     

     

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of billings experience (Engineering or Professional Services industry a plus)
    • Experience in Deltek Vision software is a plus
    • Proven track record and ability to manage a large monthly volume of billings
    • High organizational skills with ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast paced environment
    • Enjoys working and contributing to a team environment
