    Position: Sourcing Specialist

    Location: Indianapolis, IN


    We are seeking to add a Sourcing Specialist to our HR team. The Sourcing Specialist will assist in our recruiting efforts by building pipelines of candidates for our open requisitions, as well as proactive sourcing for all departments and all locations throughout the company. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.


    • Acquire a thorough understanding of job descriptions for required competencies, skills, and knowledge required of successful candidates.
    • Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to understand staffing needs across the organization.
    • Performs advanced sourcing through various mediums including internal and external database mining, Boolean search strings, online and traditional directories as well as other innovative sourcing methods.
    • Communicates status of searches with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and VP of HR on a consistent and timely basis.
    • Develops and maintains a network and database of potential candidates for future consideration, including pipeline of passive candidates.
    • Ensures open requisitions are posted to appropriate job boards to help drive in applications.
    • Make recommendations/update team on new and changing/creative sourcing technologies for recruitment solutions if the organization is experiencing difficulties in attracting the appropriate level and quality of candidates.
    • Assist in database and spreadsheet management including entering, filtering, and updating information.
    • Special projects as assigned.


    • 1 year of relevant experience in a sourcing or recruitment assistant role is a plus.
    • Strong computer skills with proficient skills in Microsoft Office.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
    • Effective multi-tasking and time management skills with attention to detail.
    • Ability to work well independently, as well as in a team environment.
