  • Overview

    We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled Structural Engineer to lead and mentor a team of talented engineers and manage structural projects from proposal to completion.  We offer the opportunity to work in a team-oriented, multi-discipline environment to produce exciting, diverse projects using state-of-the-art software.   Experience designing building structures per the International Building Code is required.  Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing is essential.  Experience using RAM Structural System, RAM Concept, RISA, and Revit Structure is highly desired, as is experience designing post-tensioned concrete structures.


    Our Structural Engineers are a close-knit group of professionals that are driven to help each other produce great work for our clients and grow our collective skills in the process.  We receive exceptional support from in-house administrative and information technology professionals to help us focus on our core business.  The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of increasing responsibility in designing and managing structural projects, excellent communications skills and a strong desire to take a structural engineering leadership role.


    • Lead and mentor project structural engineers and junior level project managers
    • Manage structural projects from concept to completion
    • Prepare scopes of work and fee proposals
    • Prepare preliminary designs and provide design leadership throughout projects
    • Collaborate with other engineers, architects and clients
    • Write structural narratives and material specifications
    • Provide quality control reviews of structural projects



    • 10+ years of structural engineering experience using the International Building Code, including a minimum of 5 years of structural project management experience
    • Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Indiana (or ability to acquire by comity)
    • Highly motivated, team-oriented, with a passion for structural building design
